Exteriors and swimming pool
All around the villa is a large, very well-kept and fenced garden of approximately 10,000 metres; in a frontal position you can access the in-ground swimming pool, rectangular in shape measuring 12x4 meters with a depth of 1.60 metres. The solarium area develops around it with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, an outdoor shower: here, immersed in nature and in total privacy, you can enjoy a splendid view of the vast hills of the Chianti Classico, the famous Castello di Fonterutoli winery, the entire valley and the Siena skyline. In front of the house there is an area equipped with table and chairs to accommodate the whole group and a brick barbecue. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Part of the garden is very cool and shaded as it is wooded. A dirt road leads to the inside of the property where there is private parking.
Interior
Villa Poggio Tondo (approximately 260 m2), entirely made of stone, has been renovated in a very comfortable way, but has also been embellished with modern finishes and refined and personalized furnishing elements. The villa is spread over two floors and is equipped with mosquito nets and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The house opens on the ground floor onto a large rustic living room with fireplace, satellite TV and direct access to the garden, a dining room with a long table that can accommodate the entire group with direct access to the garden, a well-equipped kitchen (with electric oven, 5-burner hob, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower. From here, climbing an internal staircase, we access the first floor characterized by a living room with satellite TV and dining area with large panoramic balcony from which it is possible go down to the garden, a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, two double bedrooms, one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower.

Villa Poggio Tondo is located at approximately 550 meters above sea level, immersed in the rolling hills of the Chianti Classico, an ideal place for relaxing walks in contact with nature to explore ancient villages, travel along the dirt roads by car or bike, taste local products, visit the famous cellars of the Fonterutoli Castle which is located a few meters from the structure.
