Villetta Solmare is a 6-bed vacation home for rent for vacations in Torre Lapillo, a few hundred meters from the sea and the center.
The vacation home with equipped outdoor space is equipped with all the most useful accessories: air conditioning in the rooms, washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.
There is also a heated outdoor shower in the garden, as well as space for indoor parking. Pets are allowed.

Villetta
Solmare has large outdoor spaces in which there are both parking space
and corners dedicated to relaxation furnished with sun loungers and
umbrella, and a beautiful veranda with wooden canopy furnished with
table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The house has bright rooms furnished in a simple and essential style. In the living room there are 1 sofa and 1 double sofa bed, table and chairs, TV and refrigerator. Completing the living area is the kitchenette and 1 shower room.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds.
Air conditioning is present in the rooms.

Villetta Solmare stands on the outskirts of Torre Lapillo, along a road that in a few hundred meters goes straight to the sea.
The
coast is only 800 meters from the house, and the center is also very
close. In the center of Torre Lapillo there are all the main services,
from markets to bars, equipped lidos and much more.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
