Bed & Mare is a brand new villa, just a stone`s throw from the most beautiful beaches of Gallipoli, in Pizzo.
It offers double rooms all complete with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, smart TV, mini fridge, mosquito nets, coffee maker and welcome kit with snacks.

& Mare is a large, newly built, elegant villa with a large
manicured garden. The architecture enhances the preciousness of local
stones and mixes them with the Mediterranean style, making the structure
charming and welcoming.
The property offers 3 double bedrooms, each with an independent entrance. The exclusively designed rooms are furnished with modern furniture.
Shared by all Bed & Mare guests are the back parking area and comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing.
Also available to guests at the facility is 1 bicycle.

& Mare with its fabulous double rooms stands in a privileged
position, just 300 meters from the sea and the nearest lido, the famous Cotriero, in Pizzo, on the Gallipoli coast.
The location south of Città Bella is very close to Marina di Mancaversa, a well-served beach area in summer. Punta della Suina beach can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
