The apartment overlooks a typical venetian little square with a medieval well-head inside a beautiful context.

Is is a privileged dwelling because of its private entrance which preserves its original structure in exposed bricks and oak roof trusses, thanks to a long and meticulous restoration work.

The entry private wood staircase is handmade with its functional cast-iron handrails and the artistic Murano blown glass chandeliers, the handcrafted patterned wallpaper, velvet covered furniture, fine carpets and Burano embroidered fabrics, set the tone for this elegant living space.

From the functional point of view, the apartment is a smart home which offers the highest technology nowadays, thanks to a sophisticated domotic system; thus, it manages air conditioning with very low noise impact (19dBA in silent mode), ultra-high efficiency LED lighting and access control and remote video surveillance.

The living room is a curated setting to socialise embellished with a large velvet and leather sofa, a designer cabinet which houses a LG flat screen television, some interesting books about the city Art and History and an imposing black marble table for our Guests to enjoy pleasant moments and meals.
The table can be garnished with fine handmade Burano lace tablecloths and napkins.

The beautiful bedrooms are bright in design, furnished with very comfortable beds wrapped in cotton sateen linens by FRETTE, plush carpets, plantation blinds for window covering, tailor-made okumé wengè wood wardrobes which include safe-deposits and mirrors enveloping the space in warmth and comfort.
The acquamarine bedroom features a Super-King bed which eventually can become a double-twin bed and the dusty rose bedroom a Queen bed.
Each bedroom boasts its fully-equipped bathroom both with walk-in showers, bathroom linen by FRETTE which include individual complete set of towels, bathrobes, slippers and non-slip mats and certified amenities with 100% recyclable packaging: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, hair cap, cotton buds and pads, tissues, banded toilet paper, sanitary bags and hair-dryer.

Regarding the kitchen and the laundry in-unit, all the appliances are energy star-rated by MIELE and water-efficient fixtures.
As for the Kitchenware, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer and squeezer, all them electric in glossy black by SMEG, which blends Italian design and maximum convenience.
At our Guests' disposal, a wide range of specialty coffee, organic tea and infusions, Burano handmade biscuits and other local specialties.

Conveniently located right in the heart of Venice, all iconic attractions can be reached on foot within very few minutes, such as Saint Mark's Square and all its major milestones (Saint Mark's Cathedral, the Doge's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the Bell Tower and its emblematic historic Cafes ), Rialto Market and Rialto Brigde along the Grand Canal, Marco Polo's neighbourhood, La Fenice Opera House and very many other important churches and museums.

As for daily shopping, the neighbourhood is surrounded by local supermarkets such as Coop, Groucers', Butchers', Bakeries as well as Chemists'.
