This is private accommodation, and guests will have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The apartment is located on the first floor, with elevator access to both the property and the underground parking. A private parking space is allocated within the building.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

•AIMA (Borders Authority): US law requires us to collect passport details for all non-US guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

•You will verify your personal details.

•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
