The house is a traditional Mallorcan home located in the charming village of Campanet. Distributed over two floors, it offers 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 single), all with air conditioning, wardrobes and plenty of natural light. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with views of the sea and the mountains.
On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall with a guest toilet, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, and a cosy living-dining area with fireplace, TV and typical Mallorcan décor. From here there is access to the terrace with a private swimming pool, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, ideal for relaxing. The house has a total of 3 bathrooms (all with showers) and one guest toilet, and is designed to be enjoyed comfortably as a family.
Guests will have access to the entire property, including the four bedrooms, four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, terrace with private pool, sun-lounger area, outdoor dining space and the upper terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. They may also use all available appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, etc.) and enjoy air conditioning in all rooms.
