Villa Irta is a bright and sunny two-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Irta you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Irta is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private terrace, two private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.6 km (one mile) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find a restaurant, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.1 km (roughly 1200 yards), a grocery store at 750 meters (820 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Sorrento - Torca line at 700 meters (770 yards) and the closest beach (Marina di Crapolla beach) at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles) including 667 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area).
You will reach Villa Irta from the parking area going down a 150-meters (490-feet) route that comprises a very steep downhill and includes approximately 45 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Irta you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Villa Irta is along a 300-meter (980-foot) narrow downhill road. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

The terrace is 42 square meters (450 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands.
Patio 1
The first patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands.
Entrance LevelLiving Room
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include a L-shaped sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests, four more guests can be accommodated at the kitchen island. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and the patio through two French doors. The room also has two large panoramic windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area, going down two steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
