Follow the drive way upwards, and approach the villa perched on its privileged hillside position offering pleasing vistas across a swathe of the Algarve's undulating hills and out towards the ocean. A stunning combination of house and outside entertainment awaits you. The interior décor is stunning throughout, with a treasure trove of spacious rooms and facilities.
GROUND FLOOR - OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE
The amazing open pan lounge/diner/kitchen as the focal point of the villa welcomes you with its elegant furnishings and large wooden dining table. Equipped with an endless supply of crockery, utensils, appliances and gadgets, the kitchen ensures that catering at home for larger groups is a joy. The large American style refrigerator, coffee machines and juicer are just a few of the kitchen treats in store. From here you pass to the superb lounge with its endless comfy sofa and beautifully crafted ceiling– a treat for cosy family evenings at home.
GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOMS
Take the corridor from the lounge to the East Sector where you are greeted by a 4 well thought out bedrooms. 2 purely for couples with king size beds and fabulous ensuite shower rooms, and 2 wonderful rooms specifically designed for children, with bunk beds and funky, multi coloured bathrooms.
Lower Ground Floor
Descending from the ground floor, a host of surprises awaits! 2 more family bedrooms are on offer, comprising 1 king size plus single bed and a double plus single bed, each with own private ensuite facilities. Accompanying this, you will not fail to be impressed by the astonishing array of additional facilities. Here kids will revel in the Cinema Room with giant 80 inch screen, surround sound, Playstation 4 and a DVD Player. Smaller children will then take delight in the adjacent play area with an abundance of toys, games and things to keep them truly entertained!
OUTSIDE SPACES
The outside space has been thoughtfully designed with maximum enjoyment in mind! The 12m x 5m gorgeous swimming pool is flanked by terraces and sunbeds, and includes a smaller swimming pool ideal for toddlers and young children. Adjacent, the large pool house with comfy seating and dining facilities invites you to enjoy lazy lunches and gorgeous evenings. Its traditional oven, charcoal BBQ and refrigerator all create the perfect space for adults to enjoy leisure time, whilst watching kids splashing about in the pool! Several terraces are dotted around the villa, where you can escape to sunbathe or simply relax and read. A rooftop terrace perfect for stargazing, poolside with an endless supply of sunbeds and choice of 3 Al fresco dining spots and peaceful spaces at the side of the villa outside bedrooms and the games room.
Optional Pool heating is also available for those who wish to swim in the winter, or prefer a more comfortable temperature. If required please let us know as this needs to be booked in advance and has a supplementary fee of 100€ per week.
WINTER LETTING:
Blue Moon is the perfect winter rental. A superb fireplace is available in the living room with an endless supply of logs available for guest convenience, (Additional charge of 20€.) Heating is also provided with the air conditioning inverter.
FINAL POINTS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are 4 bedrooms on ground floor level, with private bathroom so guests with walking difficulties can be easily accommodated.
Steps and Staircases:
-there is 1 steps before the front door
-there are 5 steps from the kitchen terrace to the pool area
-there is an internal staircase to the games and cinema room
-Whilst the house is not specifically wheelchair adapted, access is possible via the front door and up the 1 shallow step which leads directly to the kitchen. From this point, it is possible to access the main open plan areas and the main bedrooms.
