OUTSIDE SPACES

The villa is firmly nestled in the small rural hamlet, with a fabulous backdrop of green rolling hills and trees surrounding the villa. SWIMMING POOL

Beautifully positioned on a deck at the front of the house, catching the sun all day, the swimming pool is clear and blue offering a tranquil oasis for families to bask in the warmth of the sun or enjoy the refreshing waters. Sun worshippers can relax on the sunbeds soaking up the rays with nothing more than birdsong to disturb the peace, and children can splash in and out of the cool, refreshing water until they are exhausted! In the evening, wrap around terraces and bedroom balconies offer a lovely sunset secret, where adults can enjoy the last of the rays with a glass of wine or two!

The pool is heated by solar power, making the dips completely enjoyable without any additional cost.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms on the first floor. There are steps within the house, and steps from the parking area to the main house. The secure parking area is within the main grounds and easily accommodates 4 vehicles.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
