A modern holiday villa neatly located in a peaceful residential area offering a well-appointed and plush interior with generous rooms. A secure and enclosed villa perimeter creates perfect outdoor space including a sparkling blue pool surrounded by sunbeds, a dining table with traditional BBQ and a pretty, paved terrace with comfy seating. A 10 minutes walk leads you to an array of restaurants, shops and the beach of Alagoa with its gorgeous golden sands, sunbeds and water sports in high season
The villa interior is tastefully furnished, with bright and spacious rooms. The bedrooms occupy the entire first floor of the villa, with 1 master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, 1 second king size room and a third twin bedroom both sharing a second separate bathroom. The ground floor open-plan living space includes a shower room /Guest WC and a well-equipped kitchen, ensuring that catering at home is a joy with its attractively black marble worktops, integrated appliances, large dining table and a separate utility room. The polished tile floors then flow effortlessly through to the lounge with 2 softly cushioned sofas and an open fireplace, ideal for winter lets. Daytime sun beams through the large patio windows which lead to the poolside terraces, where you can also enjoy al fresco dining at any time of the day, around the table and its traditional charcoal BBQ. In the afternoon, sneak around the corner to enjoy the comfy zone with its soft seating or relax on one of the sunbeds provided around the shimmering blue pool, with its attractive dolphin motif, providing the perfect refreshment for adults and children alike! The entire property is surrounded by hedges and with its securely gated entrance ensures privacy and safety for young children.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. Parking is on street, directly outside, without a charge.
