INTERIOR
This spacious three-bedroom link-villa offers a welcoming and practical living space. The fully equipped kitchen, with polished black marble worktops, opens onto a large wooden dining table, ideal for shared meals. The cosy lounge features two sofas and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Two ground-floor bedrooms have flexible single beds that can be joined or separated, each with a private ensuite bathrooms. The master suite occupies the entire first floor, with a balcony overlooking the pool and a bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Outside, the kidney-shaped swimming pool is ideal for children to play safely, while paved terraces provide space to enjoy the sun or dine al fresco at the outdoor table. The villa offers a peaceful setting to relax and make the most of warm days.

The villa is located within Castro Marim Golf & Resort, with access to the clubhouse and golf facilities. Just a short drive from the charming town of Ayamonte and the Spanish border, it provides an excellent base for exploring the area. The impressive Praia Verde beach is only 7 minutes by car, making it easy to enjoy the sand and sea while staying in a quiet, resort-style setting.

This is private accommodation, and guests have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The villa is all on one level, with the two secondary bedrooms conveniently located on the ground floor and the master bedroom reached via an internal staircase. There are no steps to enter the villa, and free parking is available directly outside the front door.
