This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom apartment at Eden on the Bay can
comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Upon entering the apartment,
you will be welcomed by the fully equipped kitchen featuring everything
you need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay, including a
dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and Nespresso coffee machine
for added convenience.

The dining room features a large wooden dining table with bench-style
seating, while the lounge includes a large flat-screen television and
two daybeds. Glass doors lead to the balcony furnished with a patio
set, including a table, two single chairs, a two-seater bench, and a
sun lounger.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with plush bedding and an
en-suite bathroom equipped with a double basin with vanity, a shower, a
bathtub, and a toilet. The second bedroom includes two single or twin
beds with a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, a washbasin, and a
toilet. Linen and towels are included with your stay.

There is a lot to enjoy at Eden on the Bay, particularly activities
like surfing and kite flying, along with scenic lawns ideal for picnics
and viewing the ocean and the towering Table Mountain in the
background. There are a variety of eateries you can visit and enjoy the

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Beach Estate Blvd, Big Bay, Cape Town.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
