This stunning one-bedroom apartment situated in Bloubergstrand, Cape

Located in a gated complex with security, your safety is guaranteed and
you will have access to a secure allocated parking bay. The complex
itself offers guests a communal swimming pool, a put put course, tennis
courts as well as a bar/club house, all at no additional charge. With
the convenience of being centrally located you are within walking
distance from the majestic Blouberg beaches, popular restaurants, bars,
and shops.
As you enter this well-appointed apartment, youâll be welcomed with the
modern and very inviting open plan living space, which offers a kitchen
with basic necessities, including a washing machine, a cozy yet
stunning lounge area that includes a couch, flat screen TV and even a
desk creating a small study space. Leading out from the lounge is a
sizeable balcony with outdoor furniture where you can sit for hours
taking in the views of the nature reserve, ocean and mountain, even the
sunsets from this spot will blow you away.
The spacious bedroom provides guests with a queen size bed, large
windows looking onto the balcony where the views are also visible as
well as an en-suite bathroom including a shower and a bath, making this
the perfect apartment for couples, friends or the solo traveller.
Additional features include, internet access as well as linen and
towels provided.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
