The Space:

Artina Villa blends modern design with comfort across 3 large bedrooms and a living room with 2 sofa beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, plus one additional bathroom. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a lounge with fireplace, smart TVs, CD/DVD player, and a Playstation. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to expansive verandas, showcasing uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout. The villa sits on 21 private acres with manicured lawns, multiple levels of terraces, and a paved driveway for easy access.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the heated swimming pool (upon request, €160 per night), outdoor terraces, bar, garden, and parking. Daily maid service is included, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.



The Neighborhood:

The villa overlooks the crystal-clear waters of Keri Bay and Marathonisi Island, offering privacy while remaining within reach of local shops and tavernas. The nearest beach is accessible via a private footpath just a few meters from the property.



Getting Around:

A private parking area is available for guests. Renting a car or motorbike is recommended to explore the surrounding area, beaches, and nearby towns. Transfers by car or helicopter can also be arranged on request.



Other Things to Note:

Government “Climate Resilience Tax” is payable at check-in per villa, per night (Apr–Oct €15; Nov–Mar €4). Registered guests only. No parties or events.
