Villa Afrati is set in beautiful private grounds amongst lush olive groves, measures 90sqm and is suitable for up to 6 persons.
The stone built villa consists of two storeys. The main entrance lead to a spacious living room with sofa bed, fireplace, television, game player and dining table for six; fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and all utensils; and wc. The living room has doors leading to a spacious balcony with lovely country and sea views.
A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, separate bathroom with shower and spacious furnished verandas; utility closet with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms' doors lead to a shaded veranda, to the swimming pool and pool's terrace.
