Casa sulla Piazza is developed on the fifth floor of a modern apartment
building with an elevator, in the heart of the city`s Murattian center.
The view is breathtaking and dominates from above the entire Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.
The entrance is into a long hallway that leads to the bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning.
A small hallway to the left leads to both the first double bedroom with French bed and sea-view balcony and the first bathroom with whirlpool tub.
There is then the second bathroom with shower, another hallway to the right from which leads to 2 more double bedrooms, each with a small balcony.
At the end of the hallway there is the last hallway to the right, from which there is access to the fourth double bedroom with king-size bed and balcony overlooking the square.
The
apartment`s living area consists of a dining room overlooking Piazza
Vittorio Emanuele and a kitchenette equipped with everything needed for
preparing meals.
There are, finally, two storage rooms.

Other famous destinations in Puglia are also very close, such as Polignano a Mare just 10 km away, the main towns of the Valle d`Itria, Alberobello, home of the trulli and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, just 21 km away, and Locorotondo about 26 km away


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mandatory heating from October to April: €5 per day, payable locally.
- The building of the structure is undergoing renovation work on the facade. The work is expected to be completed by July 2026. Working hours 07am- 04pm of weekdays.
