Comfortable country villa in the nature of Lower Salento, ideal for families and groups up to 8 people. The villa is part of an estate with a shared pool.
The house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, coffee maker and toaster. Parking inside the property.
In the shared area are the pool and solarium, barbecue area and outdoor shower. Pets allowed.

This
solution for groups of 8 people is located inside a villa with shared
pool, consisting of 2 houses furnished in a simple and essential style.
The entrance is in the living room with dining room and kitchenette. Here there is also 1 double sofa bed.
From the living room a door leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, which
can be accessed only by crossing the two rooms. They do not have a
separate entrance: it is therefore suitable as a single-family
structure.
The first room has 1 double bed, the second has 1 double bed + 2 single beds. All rooms are large and spacious, including the bathroom, equipped with a washing machine.
There is also 1 shared bathroom in the pool area.

Villa
Italia is located in the countryside south of Specchia, in the Lower
Salento region. The small town is one of the first Italian towns to be
awarded the title of "Italy`s most beautiful village"-a truly enchanting
place.
The location is also ideal for exploring all of Capo di
Leuca, with the wonderful Santa Maria di Leuca, the historic centers of
Alessano and Presicce, Tricase Porto and Castro, etc.. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from April to November.
- Shared barbecue, garden and shower.
- The owners of the villa live in the annex.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the bathroom is outside.
