Flora is a large villa with lots of greenery and large outdoor spaces
equipped to spend a quiet, rejuvenating vacation overlooking the sea of
Leuca.
The villa is fully fenced and equipped with a pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Large verandas with panoramic views are furnished both with relaxing lounge and with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The interiors of Villa Flora are airy and bright, furnished with simplicity.
Living room, living room and eat-in kitchen form the spacious living area, while the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 1 double room with en suite shower room and 2 triple rooms furnished with double + single bed. The ninth bed is on a sofa bed in the living room.

Villa
Flora stands in a scenic area overlooking the sea, in the nature of
Leuca, located at the most extreme point of Lower Salento, a destination
for quality tourism and pilgrims.
The villa is about 1 km from
the Galilei promenade, the splendid eclectic villas that embellish it,
the marina and the nearest equipped lidos.
In Santa Maria di
Leuca, the beautiful sea caves are also all to be discovered. In
addition, the town is very famous for its shrine of Santa Maria de
Finibus Terrae, and for its lighthouse overlooking the sea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
