A separate annexe with its own en-suite provides an excellent option for grandparents or anyone seeking a little more privacy while still being close to the main house. At the front, a private heated saltwater pool sets the scene for easy days in the sun.



A sandy path leads through the garden to a gate opening directly onto Pinarello Beach, where powdery white sand meets clear turquoise water. In summer, the bay offers a choice of watersports and a handful of inviting restaurants are just a short walk away in the hamlet, making this an ideal base for a carefree coastal holiday.

This 2-bedroom villa with a separate 1-bedroom annexe (sleeps 3–6) offers flexible accommodation across two buildings. The main villa features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a Smart TV, while the kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A utility room houses a fridge-freezer and washing machine. The double bedroom (180cm bed) opens onto the terrace, and there is also a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), a separate shower room (no WC), and a separate WC. A safe is provided.

The adjacent annexe contains a double bedroom (160cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and WC, offering added privacy for an additional guest or couple.
