The bedroom is a peaceful haven with a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh linens. A large window fills the room with natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere—perfect after a day of exploring.

The bathroom provides a soothing retreat with an inviting bathtub, ideal for unwinding in the evening. Soft towels and essential toiletries are provided for your comfort.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy some fresh air and lovely views of the surrounding neighborhood.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and welcoming apartment in a peaceful area of Lisbon, with easy access to both the city and the coast. Guests are close to the Belém district, including Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery, and MAAT, and can quickly reach nearby beaches such as Algés, Caxias, and Carcavelos. The TEjo River promenade, local cafés, and excellent transport links make it an ideal base for combining sightseeing, riverside walks, and beach days.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Lisbon airport is an 25minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
