We stay at PCB very often. We booked Aqua because we had heard great things from family. Well....our experience was not a great one. We arrived and the unit smells of smoke. The sofa was really dirty, there was a bug in the living room, the shower looked gross, bunk bed was broken ...I could go on but i wont. We were very disappointed. We ended up leaving and getting another confo close by.The management company was great though! I will say, they handled the situation great and we would rent from them again just not this specific condo!!

Great Resort, Ok Unit

We love the location of the property. Although this year with the new Hyatt Place next door, the traffic was a little heavier in the area. As for Unit 0411 the space was great, but could use a deep clean including furniture. We had issues with the TV in the living area & although Aronov sent maintenance a couple of times the issue could not be repaired, so it's likely a new TV is needed. I would recommend Aqua as a resort, but will not be booking 0411 again in the future.

Family Vacation Success

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I called to reserve our condo a few weeks before our trip and it was so easy to schedule. The garage code was texted the morning we checked in, and later we got our door code. No checking in to waste our vacation time! Great view from the balcony. The pool was nice, but that was the only way to the beach as the main walkway was being renovated in June '24 so our little guy always wanted to get in instead of go to the beach! We enjoyed walking across the street to the souvenir shops, lots to do just a short drive away, and Walmart was a quick drive to pick up things we needed. Condo 411 had plenty of space for our family of 6, and included a full kitchen of tools and dishes. (you need to bring the bowl coffee filters) I would recommend!

Needs work

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, the condo was not cleaned well at all. I had to actually clean several things when we arrived. The refrigerator is missing a crucial glass top to the drawer, therefore a needed shelf was missing. The door to the balcony from the bedroom was impossible to open. There were minimal bath towels. Not near enough for a 2 bathroom condo. The pool refreshment area had no frozen drinks and those are what my children looked so forward to. The pools were absolutely freezing. The mattresses were absolutely the worst we’ve ever slept on and we’ve stayed at the Aqua several times. Overall the cleanliness of the unit was the worst problem. We will not be staying at the Aqua next year.

I've stayed in nicer motels

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Photo's are very deceptive online of this unit. The couch's were disgusting, standing water in the shower upon arrival due to clog, a/c wasn't working properly, sand and food in the floor of secondary bedroom, leftover food and ants on the balcony, garbage disposal didn't work and the door to the washing machines wouldn't open due to bent door track. We were told that we would be compensated for the unsatisfactory condition and then denied the compensation. Maintenance did come to unclog the drain the next day, couches were cleaned professionally 2 days later after several emails and phone calls. Be prepared to do dishes as this kitchen is only equipped with settings for 6. Once you are able to get the laundry door open, you have the luxury of washing your laundry in a mildewed washer. I will never stay here again and have never had this type of experience since vacationing in PCB multiple times a year for the past 20 years.

Will not stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 7 staying in this unit that “sleeps 8”. Exactly 8 towels provided for our stay. When our daughter turned on the shower in the shared bathroom, it sprayed out all over her and the floor. (Poor shower head design because you can’t turn on shower until you are standing in stall with door closed. If you reach in to turn on water to warm up before getting in, it sprays directly at you and the floor.) We had to mop up the water on the floor with two of the 8 towels we were provided, now being short of clean towels for our family. No problem, we thought, because the unit has a washer/dryer. Tried to wash towels but the washer didn’t work. Called the next morning to report before we left the unit for the day to spend with nearby family. Was told that maintenance would come check washer while we were out. Received call that washer would be replaced but not until the next day (3rd and final day of our stay). I said that was fine as long as we have 8 clean towels for the remainder of our stay. Was assured we would have them waiting when we returned to our unit. When we returned at 6:00 pm, there were no towels. When I called to request them again, I got the answering service who said it was doubtful we would get any that night (which we didn’t). I had to drive to Target to buy 8 towels for our family to use so we could shower. The next day no one called regarding our request for towels to the answering service so we called around 11:00 AM to explain the situation. We were told there would be no reimbursement for the towels we had to purchase and no discount for our troubles because we’d already received a discount for the pool being under construction. Then we had to sit through an hour of men installing the new washer/dryer in the middle of this small unit on our final evening. All we wanted were towels and after having to go through all of this to get them we were simply told “sorry for your inconvenience”. We

Pretty good

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in unit 411 over Labor Day Weekend 2021. I give the overall stay a B-Positives: nice pools and EASY access to the beach. The room function was pretty good and moderately clean. Lots of shops and restaurants within a 1 mile walk. Negatives: half of the elevators weren’t working. The road noise was pretty bad when on the balcony and not quit as bad inside the unit. There was a LOT of construction going on all around.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, accommodations were great, but within a stones throw away from the property next to our balcony, there was construction all day. Aqua was booked so could not offer another condo. During elevator ride, it suddenly stopped & everything went black. Lights came on shortly after, went to 23rd floor then back down quickly to 1st floor. Most likely electricIty went out. Our oven was not working. Took 2 days for maintenance to come fix it. The ramp going to beach went straight to several stairs, so if you have a wheelchair or accessible beach buggy, good luck. We had to find a path to the left of the building to get access to beach. You have to park across the street & go across a catwalk to Aqua, by the 3rd floor. Finding carts may be challenging as well. The pool and fitness facility was good. If one chooses this condo, just check with Aqua to make sure construction is totally finished in the lot next door. Just be aware of the other things mentioned. Location was great as far as being near the pier, restaurants & activities. Very close to Walmart & shopping.

Aqua is perfect location from beach to restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did not enjoy far side condo location...right next to construction. Construction began every morning at 6:45-7:00 right outside our window. We understood construction must happen—we were just bummed because we couldn’t sit on our patio in the morning. Aqua was understanding and compensated us for inconvenience. We stay at Aqua every visit to PC and love it.
