Overall the stay was great! It's right on the beach and comes with two chairs and an umbrella for the duration of your stay. The location is great, within walking distance to several stores and restaurants, also a very short drive to Walmart for all the things you forgot to bring. If I had to nitpick and find something wrong, there were very minor cosmetic issues with the tub faucet and bathroom toilet paper roll holder. I'm sure it was fixed after we left.One other minor thing, the unit smelled stale when we first walked in. It went away quickly after we started cooking and "living" in it. It could be from new furniture or a new rug, not sure.

The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated with modern décor, and feels both comfortable and inviting. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided.Being on the top floor is a huge bonus—the panoramic views of the Gulf are absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn’t be better. Aqua is within walking distance of Pier Park’s restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, and it’s conveniently located right across the street from Shuckums, one of our favorite local spots.Aronov Property Management was outstanding to work with. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay was perfect, reaching out by both phone and email to ensure everything met our expectations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo was spotless when we arrived.We’ve been vacationing in Panama City Beach for the past 15 years, and this is one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. It's decorations are very nice but are getting old and worn and needs to be replaced. The bedroom carpet is getting bad and hard to get clean. It has not been painted in all the years we have been there.

We have rented the same condo every year and have been very satisfied. There has been no change to the interior over those years. I feal it's time for some things to be replaced. Some of the carpet and furniture needs to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. This was our 2nd visit to this same condo. Everything was fine but the unit needs some freshening up. It wasn't as nice as last year due to some minor repairs that are needed. The washer has a bearing out and sounds like it's about to blast off. Some simple touching up of paint and some tile work would make this place look as beautiful as last year. Everything else isgreat including the view and the fact that this is the penthouse floor!!!! The owner and Aqua staff are very accommodating, we even stayed an extra day to enjoy PCB.
