This was our fifth time renting from Mike. The house has consistently been fresh, clean and uncluttered. Move in ready. The pool is lovely. We road the bikes every evening around the quiet safe neighborhood. Beaches are close and beautiful. Mike is a great host and always a text away.

We loved our family stay at this house! The pool was clean and warm, the lounge chairs were ample. The screened in porch was super comfortable and has a great view of the nicely landscaped back yard.The house had lots of extra amenities in the kitchen and baths, as well as pool towels and beach chairs and toys. The porta crib was great.....can't say enough about this house. It made for a great family week with our kids and grand baby.

Mike was very accommodating to our needs and an excellent communicator. His place was very nice and stocked with everything we would possibly need. The location was great! Right down the street from the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay with Mike again.

This place was perfect for our week long vacation. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious and well taken care of! The location is perfect for being close to the beach and shopping centers/ restaurants. Michael is a great host, I would stay here again with no hesitation.

We had a great stay over the week of Thanksgiving! House is exactly as pictured and host is very responsive to any questions or requests. The private pool and back yard was used daily by my family of 3. We loved having that beautiful outdoor space all to ourselves! The beach is a short bike ride or you can utilize one of the local golf cart shuttle options (Naples Park Shuttle was our favorite). We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our vacation in the house. Clean with all equipment needed to make our stat as comfortable as possible. The pool is a big plus. Plenty of space and ideally located to enjoy the region.
