Situated at Carbis Bay, and capturing magnificent views out over the Atlantic Ocean, the four-bedroom haven has been exquisitely renovated to offer style and sophistication for up to eight guests. With ample space inside and out, it is the perfect place for enjoying the beautiful beaches of the West Cornwall coast, as well as the colour of vibrant St Ives town, 2 miles away. Explore the charming, cobbled streets of the town, potter about in independent shops and dine out in restaurants. Visit Tate St Ives and the famous Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden. The area is popular with surfers and beach lovers alike. The property is less than 0.5 miles from the beach at Carbis Bay with Porthkidney Sands stretching onwards from Hawk's Point in Carbis Bay to the mouth of the River Hayle in Lelant. Across the Hayle Estuary, you'll find a 3-mile stretch of beach, Mexico Towans.
Make your way up the steps to the deck in front of the house and enter to find yourselves in the reception hall. Hang your coats and leave your walking boots or beach flip-flops in the cupboard before walking on into the impressive, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner at the heart of this chic, contemporary retreat. The sea views from this area are breathtaking and on a clear day you can see Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. Open the bi-folding doors to the deck to create seamless indoor/outdoor living and bring in a sea breeze. Rustle up delicious meals for your family and friends in the sleek kitchen, then dine together inside or out. While away your evenings watching your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker as you sink back into the soft seating. Also at this level are two of your superking-size bedrooms and the family shower room. Commanding sea views, one of the sumptuous bedrooms features a freestanding bath and an en-suite WC. The other bedroom has sliding glass doors looking onto the leafy garden. The superking bed in this room can be arranged as twins. Upstairs are two more bedrooms which boast fabulous coastal views. Both have en-suite shower rooms and superking beds, one of which can be arranged as twins. One of these bedrooms also benefits from sliding doors and a Juliet balcony. A useful office space has been creatively arranged on the landing for those guests who might have to catch up on a little work while away.
To the rear of the house is a private garden, where you can fire up the BBQ and cook your freshly landed, Cornish seafood in the fresh air. The large deck to the front is the perfect place to take in the coastal views during the day and gather round the gas firepit at night. There is off-road, driveway parking for four cars at the property.
