Atlantic View is a stunning, newly built property in the village of Germoe, near Praa Sands in Cornwall. This all-ground-floor property has four bedrooms; a king-size double with Sky TV, dressing room and en-suite shower room, two further doubles with TVs and en-suite shower rooms and a double bedroom with TV, served by a bathroom with shower over bath, together sleeping eight guests. The property also consists of a utility/cloakroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, as well as a large front lawn with decking area and furniture, plus a rear, enclosed courtyard. Atlantic View is a wonderful, contemporary retreat in peaceful, rural Cornwall. Two well behaved, medium sized dogs welcome, however, please be aware the garden is not enclosed.

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: The small village of Germoe is close to Praa Sands, on the south coast of Cornwall, between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach, a Post Office and general stores, a beach/surf shop stocked with everything you could need for a great day at the beach and much more. Just inland from the beach is Pengersick Castle, the tower of which dates back to the 16th century. The house at Pengersick is rumoured to be the birthplace of John Carter, the self-styled King of Prussia and a tunnel which leads from the house to the beach was apparently once used by smugglers.
