Make your way inside to discover a generous lounge/diner with glass doors on to a balcony overlooking the harbour. Settle back on to the soft seating in here to absorb the views, find a film on the Smart TV or choose a DVD or CD to enjoy. Amble through to the kitchen to prepare the freshly landed seafood you have bought in town then serve lunch or dinner to your party back through at the dining table. A super-king-size bedroom, with its own smart TV, is also on this floor, together with the family bathroom, which has a freestanding bath. Follow the staircase up to the next level to find the king-size bedroom, which has characterful sloping ceilings and another TV. Pull the doors open on to the balcony to enjoy the fresh air as you gaze out to sea. There is parking for one car with this apartment.


Grab your beach towels and swimming costumes and walk along the seafront to spend time on one of the sandy beaches along here. Head to the famous Art Deco seawater lido, Jubilee Pool, 350 metres away. Spend time on the beach at Marazion, 5.5 miles away by car, and from here walk over the causeway to St Michael’s Mount when the tide is out.
