With two en-suite bedrooms it’s perfect for a group of friends or a small family to have a wonderful break.

The cottage has a relaxed style and feel throughout, with attractive colours and high-end furniture. Go in through the front door, where there are awesome sea views, and into the stunning living/dining room and kitchen. Hang out on the comfy sofas and watch the Smart TV or a classic movie, open the bi-folds on warm days, enjoy sharing delicious meals at the dining table and snuggle up in front of the gas log effect fire. The kitchen is stunning and well-appointed, with contemporary units and all mod cons, through the storage cupboard you’ll find the cloakroom. Upstairs are the two gorgeous bedrooms, a king with sweet nautical touches, and a pretty twin, both with en-suite shower rooms. Enjoy the sunshine in the enclosed courtyard accessed via the bi-fold doors in the living area with a cool drink or dinner al fresco.

Wander to the beach, less than 500 metres from the front door, for a walk or a paddle, and explore the town, home to a great range of pubs, cafes, shops, and restaurants. Have a go at a new water sport while you’re here, from surfing to paddleboarding, kayaking to coasteering and sailing. Play crazy golf on the seafront (0.5 miles) or the real thing at Filey Golf Club (1 mile). Go for picturesque coastal walks from the Bay and spend the day in Scarborough (7.5 miles) visiting the Sea Life centre and exploring the castle and harbour.
