Unser Anwesen ist ein gut ausgestattetes, komfortables, altes Fischerhaus im Herzen von Fileys Stadtzentrum, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den vielen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants von Filey entfernt.

Wir sind ein sehr hundefreundliches Häuschen, in dem Sie Ihren Hund zum Strand bringen können, der nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist.

Das Cottage verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über 1 Doppelbett und das zweite Schlafzimmer über ein Etagenbett für 3 Personen. Beide bieten einen kostenlosen TV.
Die Lounge verfügt über 3 x 2-Sitzer-Sofas, einen Flachbild-TV mit freiem Blick, einen DVD-Player und einen elektrischen Kamin mit Kaminfeuer.
Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein separates Esszimmer mit kostenlosem TV und eine voll funktionsfähige separate moderne Küche.

Excellent, central position near beach, shops and restaurants. Towels and bedding were spotlessly clean and kitchen was well equipped but there was no dishwasher or washing machine therfore I have given it 4 stars.

Lovely cottage great location

Lovely central cottage very close to an amazing beach and dog friendly too which is a bonus only issue was finding the car parking which was a bit unclear but plenty of parking at the side of the road

Washing machine would have been a bonus especially if teenagers had been staying.Parking a large car is also a problem . Also loading and unloadingthe car needs careful thought.

Hi Dennis, Thank you so much for your review. We took the washing machine out due to misuse 3 times and caused damage to the property. There is a self service laundrette 10 yards from the cottage. The parking does state in your welcome guide that it is for one small car and that it is optional to park there. I apologies but I don’t understand regarding the unloading of your car. The property is on a back lane and you can park outside to unload. Locals will wait until you have done this. I can’t do anything about this unfortunately. I hope this does not put you off for staying with us again. I hope you enjoyed Filey. Kindest Louise 😊

Ideal location for a great weekend

The property is tucked away just of the Main Street in the town centre. Perfect for access to all amenities and the beach. We were able to lock the car up and walk everywhere. The property provided everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, great location.

A great place to spend some time, well equipped, not far from the seaside, close to shops, pubs, restaurants with secure parking all you can ask for in Filey and a a bit more.

Property is in the middle of Filey so ideal for shops, train station, beach etc, used the secure parking which was a bit of a tight squeeze 🙂

House was okay.Could do with some deep cleaning windows bathroom woodwork also the light cord in the bathroom is not hygienic at all.Some tidying up in the back yard would be a great improvement.Did not like the area so we will not be using this property again.

I will look at the cord, also the garden is cleaned on a regular basis when we are able to get over to Filey. Our stay in Filey

We had a lovely couple of days ,the cottage was spot on ,great location,clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and shops,our dog didn't want to leave the beach,highly recommended it.

We are a hard working family who love nothing to unwind by visiting Filey and taking our dogs Marley and Doris for a walk on the beach. We have family in Filey and love to visit them as often as we possibly can. the kids love to body board in the warmer months. This is why we purchased in 2008.
We decided to rent out our cottage so that other dog walkers, couples and families can have the same enjoyment as we do.
