There is an attractive courtyard garden to enjoy a morning coffee or aperitif whilst listening to the sea, with a rear access gate for bicycles if needed. The cycle path along the seafront stretches all the way to Kingsdown where you will find The Zetland Arms pub on the beach, passing both Walmer and Deal castle on the way. Head inland to discover the lovely Kent countryside dotted with vineyards, orchards and woodland or have a day out in the stunning medieval city of Canterbury - only 40 minutes drive. A large range cooker with a 5 ring gas burner hob provides ample cooking space and there is an extractor fan above. There is a washer/dryer located in the cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen is also equipped with Le creuset cookware, vintage crockery and a Nespresso coffee machine.
