A beautiful, recently renovated Victorian house with 3 good-sized doubles that will be made up by number of guests. Located in central Folkestone, close to the town centre, the bustling harbour arm full of bars & restaurants and stunning beaches.
Easy access to transport links, great tourist destinations and stunning countryside.
The house feels warm and cosy, making it the ideal home from home. Ideal for families with infants or older children, couples & contractors.
The property
• A cosy, recently renovated Victorian house in a residential road in Folkestone
• 3 great-sized doubles, a small but cosy lounge, lovely kitchen with breakfast bar leading onto a sunny, private garden and two modern bathrooms, one on each floor.
Please note: the three bedrooms will be opened up according to number of guests (see details in 'guest access' section below). Guests will always have exclusive access to the property with no other guests staying.
• The property is a short walk from the town centre, harbour & bustling harbour arm with lots of bars and dining options as well as a champagne bar with sea views to die for
• Folkestone has beautiful sandy & pebble beaches and is surrounded by stunning nature

• 8 min walk from Folkestone Central station with high speed train links into Central London (55 min to London St Pancras)
• 5 min drive from Channel Tunnel
• 15 min drive from Dover Port
• 35 min drive to Canterbury & under an hour to Broadstairs, Margate, Whitstable and Deal
• 5 min walk to Tesco supermarket & cafes, pubs and take-aways
• 12 to 15 minute walk to town centre, harbour arm and sand/pebble beaches
Parking:
Due to newly introduced parking restrictions we will ask you to share your car details so we can book a visitor permit for the duration of your stay.
With the permit you can park in all the adjacent roads marked as Zone F1.
Please note that a parking spot cannot be guaranteed as it is 'on street resident parking'. We will cover the parking for one car, any additional cars will be charged at £6 a day (please make us aware so we can purchase an additional permit accordingly).
Please note: We will make up the bedrooms per number of guests, 1 double for 1-2 guests, 2 doubles for 3-4 guests, 3 doubles for 5-6 guests. Should you require any other set up please make us aware as early as possible.
Just to be clear: no matter how large or small your group, you will never share with other guests than those your are booking for.
Guests can contact us by text/call in case of emergency. Number will be provided.
