The bustling coastal town of Newquay is just along the cost (6 miles), home to some fantastic pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as several superb beaches. Heading back south, there are quieter beaches at Perran Sands and Perranporth (both within 6 miles), before you reach the picturesque Saint Agnes Head Heritage Coast (11.5 miles). Inland landmarks and attractions include Penrose Water Gardens, Lappa Valley, Trerice and Screech Owl Sanctuary and Animal Park, all within 15 miles.

Step directly from the driveway into this inviting and cosy apartment, then through into the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, decorated in light, relaxing shades.
