But unfair Erherd 3 emails sent to you and as you came across not to understand the basic information I asked a neighbour to be there to help you about the parking and show you the apartment he was surprised you were looking for a bedroom in a Studio and asked did you not look at the pictures of the property when you booked he said you were upset there was no bedroom and you had to park 200yards away I explained all this in a email would have loved to have been there to help you because you came across not understanding the basic imformation

I am sorry guests found our apartment not to there liking we have been renting since 2016 and always received great reviews also sorry for Vrbo to receive such a poor review they are a very provisional company .I feel it was triggered of by a phone call by the guest who sounded very stressed about the very weak wi.fi then it snowballed after that with complaints I did say I would refund them there money at the spar of the moment and said it might be best if they found another stay station which was wrong I should have asked them if the apartment could be recleaned .I told them I would return there money on Monday with a visit to the bank I phoned the cleaners they were shocked like us about the complaint they volunteered to go round and check for them selfs they were shocked that guests being there for a short time had used most of a toilet roll but left the toilet soiled with out flushing also cigarette butts left on kitchen worktop. cleaner said the smell from the toilet was very strong so I asked the cleaner to sort out the toilet because of the smell and leave the rest so we could see it for our selfs Told the guests we would travel down the w.end I agree there was some dust on skirting board beside bed side cabernet and the corners of the patio doors made worse by zooming in we cannot comment on the bedding because it was left in a bundle in the middle of the bed by the guests the Sofa bed had been moved to check under and left. it has metal legs and moving it causing scratching on the floor tiles we have 2 cleaners as one can lift the Sofa and one can hover underneath the tv cabinet had been also pulled out and left I asked the cleaners what they use to clean the worktop it's Called .Tersano I clean mini.Turns tap water in to a safe highly effective cleaner and sanitizer it's stronger then bleach and kills 99.999% of germs including viruses similar to the one that causes covid - 19 it removes dirt and stains it kills mould mildew and the bacteria that causes odors.Sitting here writing this with this fantastic view of the beaches and the Atlantic don't under stand guests would spend time moving furniture to find faults when only staying 5 days.But a lesson for us to up our game so no more bad reviews next season .Will
