Thoughtfully refurbished and finished to a high standard, this modern apartment is a true home-away-from-home. The light-filled open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area offers a welcoming space for both entertaining and unwinding. Bi-fold doors open onto a private balcony, the
ideal setting for your morning coffee or an al fresco sundowner with an ocean view.
Perfect for couples or small families, the apartment sleeps up to four guests across two double bedrooms, each equipped with generous built-in wardrobes. A contemporary family bathroom features both a bath and shower, offering flexibility and comfort. Throughout the apartment, underfloor heating ensures year-round warmth and cosiness.
Need to work remotely? A dedicated workspace and full fibre WiFi provides the ideal spot to check in with the office.

Guests will have full access to the apartment, as well as the allocated parking space throughout the stay.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located a stone's throw from Lusty Glaze, a secluded cove on the northern edge of Newquay. It boasts a beautiful sheltered beach with headlands on both sides and was crowned beach of the year in 2017 by The Sunday Times. There is a relaxed and intimate restaurant right on the beach, which hosts many live music and sports events throughout the year.
Tolcarne Beach is just on the other side of Newquay's Historic 'Barrowfields’. Take the long winding road or the 100 steps down to the golden sands and enjoy the punching 'Tolcarne wedge' if you're a keen surfer! A must-do is exploring the culinary delights of the Colonial Restaurant set directly on the beach.
Newquay Town centre is just a 10-minute walk away, boasting a plethora of shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Meanwhile, Watergate Bay is the next coastal village towards Padstow and offers an amazing choice of restaurants including The Beach Hut. Getting Around:
Most everything in Newquay can be reached on foot from the apartment, the beaches are just moments away from out door.
We offer one allocated parking space at the apartment, there are some visitor spaces in the car park, however; we cannot guarantee availability. There is also on street parking along Bonython Road however again we cannot guarantee a space.

- Regrettably, pets are not allowed.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping permitted inside the property, building, or
grounds.
- We do not accommodate parties, stag or hen groups. Breach of house rules

the property without refund.
