Inside the living space is a lounge area with a big ‘L’-shpaed sofa plus armchairs to gather with your guests to play games or enjoy a movie night on the SmartTV. Behind this is a large wooden dining table with seating for six. Continue into the airy ‘G’-shaped kitchen to find plenty of floor and surface space for preparing a special meal for your guest on the sparkling units. Also on the ground floor is a convenient utility room with a WC. Climb the stairs to reach the family bathroom plus three bedrooms – a super-king-size with a TV an en-suite with walk in shower and WC, a king-size and a single. Outside is a fully enclosed garden with furniture, a BBQ and a further decked area out the front with seating for a peaceful glass of wine in the evening.


Start your day with a stroll around the village, where you’ll find a golf club, cafe and a couple of restaurants (within 0.5 miles). Take Fido for a dip in the dog-friendly Old Hunstanton Beach (0.5 miles) and walk along the striking colourful cliffs to reach the 1907 remains of a fishing boat. The neighbouring seaside town of Hunstanton (1 mile) is home to some great fish and chip shops, SEA Life Hunstanton and plenty of independent shops. In the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are the Holme Dunes National Nature Reserve (3 miles) and the Norfolk Lavender fields (3.5 miles).
