Perched in the valley leading down to Slade Bay it is in an enviable position with stunning sea views from the house and from the large decking area. There is also a good-sized garden. The home offers very spacious upside-down living with all the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living accommodation on the first floor. The beautiful Slade Bay is just a casual 5-minute stroll further down the valley.

First Floor: Enter the property on the first floor.


Reception/Dining Room (Open Plan): 3 x sofas to seat 8 people, an open fire, a 50" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV, a and a table and chairs for 8 people.


Kitchen: Dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.


Shower Room: WC, basin and shower cubicle.


Ground Floor


Master Bedroom: King size bed and a large chest of drawers.


Bedroom 2: Twin beds and small chest of drawers.


Bedroom 3: Full size bunk beds and and sliding built-in wardrobe


Family Bathroom: Basin, bath and separate shower cubicle. There is a separate WC.


Sleeps 6: 1 King, 1 Twin, 1 Bunk bed


C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi (fibre optic) Off road parking for 2 cars. Sea views. 2 dogs accepted. No smoking


**Please note** This property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility, as the drive is on a slope. Small children would need supervision, as there are some steep areas in the garden. ****Logs & Fire lighters are not provided please bring your own****
