It is attractively furnished and approached through the residents' private courtyard and up the steps to the first floor entrance.

Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, under counter fridge, microwave and washer/drier and TV. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds and 1 x 3ft bed. Shower room including wash basin and wc. Open staircase (may not be suitable for young children though a stairgate is provided) to L-shaped balcony Lounge with TV, DVD player and CD player/hi-fi.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Stairgate provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Open staircase and so may not be suitable for young children. Parking for 1 car adjacent to Redfern Court.
