This traditional fisherman's cottage is situated in a quiet, traffic free cobbled lane in Downalong. The property retains much of its original character and is only a few minutes walk to Porthmeor Beach, Tate St Ives, the harbour and shops. An array of restaurants and bars are close by or you may wish to use your holiday as an excuse to relax and unwind in this well-equipped and elegantly furnished cottage.


Lounge with Smart TV, DVD player and gas-fired stove. Hallway leading to bathroom with shower cubicle, small bath, heated towel rail, wash basin and wc. Through to kitchen/dining Room with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Door to shared rear courtyard with outdoor furniture. First floor bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 3ft bed. Bedroom with 3ft bed.


Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week.


Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Electric heating throughout.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and baby bath provided, please bring your own cot linen.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
