Both flats have large picture windows and fantastic views over the town and harbour. Flat 2 is situated on the first floor, Flat 1 on the second. The flats are very conveniently positioned for the town and beaches, and are easily accessible from the bus, coach and railway stations. They are only a 3-4 minute walk from the beautiful and popular family beach at Porthminster.

Entrance up 1 flight of stairs. Living/dining room with balcony overlooking the town and harbour, TV, DVD player and audio dock with Bluetooth. Fully modernised Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Modern bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and wc. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and 3ft bunks.


This apartment can be let in conjunction with Flat 1, 4 Fernlea Terrace to provide accommodation for 2 family groups (8 people + 2 children).


Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.




NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Only suitable for maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.
