House Rules
No smoking, pets or parties. Third floor flat, no lift. The roof terrace is accessed via a steep ladder. The back of the property looks over the railway lines, however double glazing ensures it’s quiet and does not disturb. Please note the dishwasher is currently not in use. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
