Villa Lemes is an attractive 3 bedroom villa with a large, sunny terrace and inviting furnishings. Located in the Las Coloradas area, this semi-detached property is a short walk from a handful of restaurants and cafes, plus a supermarket and the beach. The bustling Rubion Marina, the sandy Playa Dorada Beach and Playa Blanca centre are all easily reached within a short drive. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Lemes in located in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca, with the commercial centre less than 5 minutes' walk away. Here you’ll find a supermarket and a couple of cafes and restaurants, and the pebbly and unspoilt Las Coloradas Beach is also just a 5 minute stroll away. The fashionable Rubicon Marina is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the villa, with some lovely restaurants overlooking the water. Playa Dorada Beach and the resort centre can be reached within a 10 minute drive.
