This beautifully renovated estate, certified 5 stars in 2023, is nestled in a serene wooded park overlooking the Dordogne Valley. Offering a tranquil retreat in the heart of the Black Périgord, it features a manor and guesthouse with a total of seven en-suite bedrooms, individually air-conditioned and outfitted with luxury bedding. The estate sits within an 80,000 sqm park, just 6 km from Sarlat, with a 180° panoramic view.



The Space:

The property includes a 310 sqm manor with six double en-suite bedrooms and a 55 sqm guesthouse for two guests. All bedrooms are equipped with silent individual air conditioning, Hasena beds with Latoflex slats and mattresses, and hotel-quality duvets and pillows. The manor features 133 sqm of reception space, including a hall, cloakroom, billiard room, library/TV room, living room, and dining room, along with an air-conditioned open kitchen. The guesthouse includes an 18 sqm bedroom with en-suite shower room and a living area with an open kitchen. Outside, a 100 sqm terrace overlooks a French garden with a pond and three fountains. A 40 sqm pool house with a 5x15 m heated saltwater swimming pool completes the setting.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the manor, the guesthouse, and the pool house. A recharging point is available free of charge. Private parking is provided. The gardens and pool are beautifully lit at night.

Located in the golden triangle of the Black Périgord, the estate is surrounded by nature while being just 6 km from Sarlat, the cultural and historical hub of the region. The wooded park and surrounding area offer tranquility and panoramic views over the Dordogne Valley.



Getting Around:

A car is necessary to access and explore the property and surrounding region. Free parking is provided on-site.



Other Things to Note:

Open flames and barbecues are not permitted, but two electric planchas are available. Parties and pets are not allowed. The main house and guesthouse are non-smoking. Garbage must be disposed of at designated collection points. The property is under video surveillance. Check-in is after 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am.





In case you are interested to have single beds 4 bedrooms can have a single beds instead of double.

The sheets, the linen, the towels, the bath towels, the cleaning, the goodies,... are included.

The guests must also pay the tourist tax (€ 3,63 / night / adult > 18 years old).
