Welcome to my apartment!
Modern apartment in the heart of Barcelona, located very close to key city spots and with easy access to different areas depending on your needs.
It is located in the over-attic, easily accessible by elevator.
The apartment is thoughtfully designed with all spaces distributed comfortably. First, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction stove, fridge, oven, coffee maker, essential utensils and cutlery, washing machine and water heater.
Next, you’ll enter the living-dining area, featuring an extendable table table and a comfortable sofa. Facing the sofa is a SMART TV, and on one side, the access to the first private terrace with stunning city views.
You’ll find the first bedroom with a double queen bed. This room also has his own full bathroom with complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay.
At the end of the hallway you will find another bedroom with a single bed (105m). All beds are provided with fresh linens for immediate use.
If you turn to the right you will find the second bathroom and right next to the bathroom the second double bed with his own private terrace.
The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request (includes towels and sheets)
