- Lounge: 1 pull-out sofa bed (2x1 person – 90x190).

- Room 1: 2 single beds (2x1 person – 90x190).

- Room 2: 1 double bed (1x2 persons – 140x190).

- Bathroom: bathtub and towel rack, separate toilet.

- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets and pillows included.

- Exterior and parking: private outdoor parking at the residence (non-nominative, subject to availability).

- Residence facilities: swimming pool open from 5 April to 30 September, laundry.
