Welcome to my apartment!

Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely and quiet apartment is located in the Lucero neighbourhood, a peaceful residential area in the Latina district of Madrid. Here, you’ll enjoy a more local and relaxed atmosphere, with easy access to services, shops, and public transport to reach the city center comfortably.

The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table. There's also a private terrace of 80m2 where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds placed together. All are provided with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

There are two bathrooms with all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your convenience and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned regularly.

Please note that the water heater is electric with a 150-litre capacity. If there are 6 people, showers should not exceed 10 minutes each, as the heater takes approximately 3 hours to reheat the water.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Lucero is a peaceful, residential neighbourhood in Madrid’s Latina district, known for its quiet streets, small local shops, and cafés. Nestled near Casa de Campo, it offers easy access to green spaces and public transport, including Metro Línea 6 (Lucero station). With its calm atmosphere and authentic neighbourhood charm, Lucero is ideal for those seeking a genuine, lived-in Madrid experience.

The nearest train station is the suburban rail station Laguna Station (6 line), about 12 minutes walk away.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is approximately a 25‑minute drive from the property (subject to traffic).

Self check-in with smart lock. You must have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once guest registration is complete.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the property if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
