Despite the rural location, the village of Pieve Fosciana is just 1 mile (1.6 km) away, offering excellent restaurants, bars, a bakery, butcher, grocers, gelateria, pharmacy and bank. Everything you need is close by, yet the setting remains wonderfully peaceful.

The accommodation consists of a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom farmhouse and a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom barn, which are completely separate but included together in one price. This layout is ideal for two families or a group wanting privacy while enjoying shared outdoor spaces.

Enter from the terrace into a cosy living room with fireplace and comfortable seating. This leads into a bright dining room with space for eight, which connects both to the kitchen and to an al fresco dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge–freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and Delonghi coffee machine.
A lobby off the kitchen leads to the downstairs toilet and washbasin.

First Floor:
2 double bedrooms (one en-suite)
1 twin bedroom (the second double is accessed through the twin — perfect for families)
2 modern shower rooms (one en-suite)
Every bedroom has an anteroom area with clothes storage and insect screens.
