Outside, there is a private front garden with lawn and furniture, communal laundry facilities, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 1.5 miles. Electric heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Egret – Number 2 is a neat base for exploring The Lizard Heritage Coast. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP
