The kitchen is a cook's delight, equipped with everything from a coffee maker for your morning brew to a dishwasher for easy cleanup. However, please note that the property doesn't have a dining table and chairs.
Two king-sized bedrooms provide a serene retreat with plush beds, while the single room is perfect for a guest or child.
The bathroom boasts a luxurious shower, a heated towel rack, and sleek finishes.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Groome House is nestled in the heart of Kennington, a vibrant district rich in history and culture. Enjoy a stroll to the nearby Imperial War Museum or explore the local cafes and shops. The area offers a blend of urban excitement and traditional charm, perfect for an authentic London experience.
Transportation is a breeze with Kennington Underground Station just a short walk away, connecting you to the Northern Line for easy access across London. Nearby bus routes offer additional options for exploring the city at your leisure.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
