B&B La Cascata Camera Positano

La Cascata was recently renovated (2021), a BB located in the historic center of Amalfi at few meters from the Paper Museum and the main square where the Byzantine style Cathedral dedicated to the Apostle St. Andrew stands.The BB is composed of 3 units rentable: Camera Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento; all have a double bed and each room has an ensuite complete private bathroom


Camera Positano is a bright double bedroom with ensuite complete bathroom (with a shower), a large window and furnished with care and elegance, characterized by high ceilings and equipped with wifi, air conditioning, USB ports, TV, small fridge, and kettle (coffee machine located in a common area)Breakfast is not served, however in the room you will find a small breakfast with packaged products including fruit juices, bagged croissants, tea, coffee pods. The room is therefore equipped with a kettle, small fridge and coffee machine in a corner of a common area

Located in the historic center of Amalfi, away from the chaos of the city, it offers guests a pleasant stay in a quiet area away from noise and traffic.

As this property is located in the center of Amalfi we suggest to all our guests to visit the area by public transportation. Capri, Sorrento, Positano, Maiori and Salerno can be reached by ferry/hydrofoil. All other village of the coast can be reached by bus so the car is not necessarily. Stop buses and ferries are very close to the property.Bus stop and ferry are very close to the property (about 500 meters).

The waterfall can be reached via 58 external steps and 15 internal steps. The property is far from the noise and traffic of the city, where the paths leading to the walks begin, including the Ferriere green area, where you can admire the structures of the old paper mills that produced the famous handmade paper. It is part of an historic building where pasta was produced by hand until the early decades of the last century. The pasta was then left to dry in BB rooms, which are therefore well ventilated and bright.

There is no lift because are village steps As in the owner lives in house and also the room next to you could be occupied we kindly ask you to be quite either during the day and once you get in. Please be respectful It is not possible to use the house towel for the beach. In case you wish it is possible to have beach towels at an extra cost and it needs to be asked in advance Breakfast is not served, however in the room you will find a small breakfast with packaged products including fruit juices, bagged croissants, tea, coffee pods. Do not throw/flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet, including (absorbent pads, cotton bolls, q tips, plastic wrapping etc..) also only small amount of toilet paper is needed *Please leave the sand on the beach and do not wash your feet full of sand in the shower otherwise it becomes clogged and the water does not flow down A picture of your passports/ID will be required to be sent before your arrival and viewed at the check in.
