The Old Vicarage, built in 1912 by a local architect, is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday home, offering an elegant escape for up to nine guests (no children aged seven or under permitted except for two babes in arms). Set over three floors, there are five opulent bedrooms and four spacious bathrooms. The heart of the home is the stylish, fully equipped kitchen with central island, perfect for preparing leisurely breakfasts or evening feasts. The generous sitting/dining room is designed for entertaining, complete with ample seating and direct access to the terraces and gardens. Unwind in the inviting family room, where an open fire creates a warm, cosy atmosphere, or retreat to the drawing room, a quiet haven with plush seating. Outside, there are beautiful gardens, terraces and orchards offering panoramic views of the nearby church and rolling countryside. The Old Vicarage is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two dogs. The Finer Details... The maximum occupancy for this property is 9 guests. Regrettably, The Old Vicarage does not accept children under the age of 8, excluding babes in arms. Babes in arms do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional babes in arms Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them 2 dogs are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per dog. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 22:00 The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. Beautiful stay at The Old Vicarage
The Old Vicarage is a beautifully restored Cotswold house. Traditional, with modern amenities. Very comfortable furniture, including all beds, stunning views all around, pretty gardens. The kitchen is very well equipped and the set up great. The location we know well and it is a small and quiet village. Great base to explore from.
I didn’t have any verbal communication with StayCotswold as all the information was provided in emails and their booking portal. I did speak to their property manager, Shelley, who was lovely, very helpful and accommodating.
I would very much recommend the house and StayCotswolds.
