Villa Kriti Serenity is the largest and most exclusive residence within the prestigious complex overlooking the sea, nestled on a beautifully landscaped slope of Crete. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, this exceptional villa offers panoramic views of the coastline, complete privacy, and direct access to a quiet bay with a private beach.



Spanning 320 square metres across three levels, Villa Kriti Serenity comfortably accommodates up to ten guests in five elegant bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature large panoramic windows that frame the surrounding natural beauty, while the remaining two enjoy unique skylight atriums that bring the outside in. The living area includes an eco-friendly fireplace, stone-faced bathrooms, and refined finishes throughout. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a 54 square metre freshwater swimming pool with depths ranging from 1.5 to 2 metres, and two fully furnished terraces ideal for relaxing or socialising. A shaded pergola houses an outdoor kitchen, grill, and dining area — perfect for al fresco meals.



The villa includes a fully equipped indoor kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board, electronic safe, and hairdryer. A welcome hamper awaits guests on arrival, alongside complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and soap. Bathrobes, slippers, and high-quality bed linen and towels are provided. For guests staying a minimum of seven nights, full cleaning and linen change is offered every four days. Upon request, light cleaning can be arranged every two days, which includes kitchen tidying, waste disposal, and floor wiping in the living room. The villa also benefits from daily terrace bin clearance. For families with young children, amenities such as a highchair, cot, bathtub, and potty can be arranged in advance.



While no full-time staff are based within the property, the team responsible for the complex is dedicated to ensuring each guest’s stay is memorable, with attentive and discreet service available throughout your visit.



A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon check-in. Please note that certain services such as pool heating or additional cleaning may incur extra charges if requested beyond what is included.
